On the fifth day of Christmas my good friends brought to me…🎁
As part of The LGA Foundation’s 12 Days of Christmas Campaign 🎁 Northbourne have decided to throw a ‘Festive Funday’ at the youth club. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from arts & crafts, graffiti art, face painting and a visit from Santa himself! Moreover they put on a delicious spread, with lots of food and warm drinks to help soak up the welcoming atmosphere. This event was all about bringing people together and celebrating the magic of winter and the spirit of community.
Northbourne Youth Initiative’s aim is to offer children and young people 8-25 years a range of opportunities to further their personal experience and social development. They are a neighbourhood based project working with children and young people in and around Elswick and the West End of the city. Northbourne Youth provide a wide range of activities for children and young people to engage in from play, gaining certificates, camping, cooking, The Duke of Edinburgh Award and fun leisure activities.
