On the seventh day of Christmas my good friends brought to me…🎁
As part of The LGA Foundation’s 12 Days of Christmas Campaign 🎁 Foundation Futures have used their funding to provide over 100 emergency food bags to families across the Byker and Walker areas. These parcels have been planned, purchased and packed by the adults who attend Foundation Futures’ well being group and the young people who attend their alternative education programme.It is amazing to see that over 100 people have benefitted from this funding and that they will have food to enjoy throughout the festive period.
Foundation Futures is a youth and community charity working with young people and families in the east end of Newcastle. They also provide alternative education programmes for young people who are struggling to thrive in mainstream education.
